Victoria Hunter

Victoria was born and raised in Sandy, Utah. She graduated from the University of Utah with a BA in Writing and Rhetoric and a certificate in Criminology in 2019. Victoria attended New England Law School in Boston, Massachusetts where she focused her studies on family and criminal law. During law school, Victoria worked with a solo practitioner in a family law practice where she gained experience from start to finish of family law cases with many different perspectives.

In addition to expertise in family law, child custody and divorce matters, Victoria is adept in criminal defense work. Prior to joining the Bagley Law Firm, she worked as a public defender and was trained in how to negotiate and obtain great plea deals for her clients, all while cutting her teeth on the grittiest of trial experiences. Since joining the Bagley Law Firm, Victoria has continued to represent her clients with zealous advocacy and empathy.

In her spare time, Victoria enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling to new places.
