Biography
Emma Vyncke is an Associate Attorney at the Bagley Law Firm primarily handling complex family law and civil litigation cases.
The daughter of a firefighter and a kindergarten teacher, she originally hails from Moline, Illinois. Blessed with an abnormally keen intellect, Emma attended the University of Minnesota, earning a B.A. in political science in less than three years. She was then accepted as an AmeriCorps volunteer, helping at-risk students in Davenport, Iowa, before receiving a full mock trial scholarship to Baylor Law School. A testament to her advocacy skills, Emma competed on five national mock trial teams for Baylor, including Tournament of Champions, American Association for Justice, and National Trial Competition teams.
A former district attorney, Emma has extensive trial experience, successfully winning convictions in a litany of case types, including DUI, domestic violence, assault, and other complicated legal matters.
Emma now proudly calls Colorado home, and in her free time enjoys traveling, running, and hiking.
